Having founded the company in 1995, Mr. Tejas Shroff has been a pioneer in the Information Technology industry. Having a passion to continuously find new, innovative and efficient solutions, he has been able to guide the company to cater to not only basic IT infrastructure requirements, but also cater to other solutions (Whether it be software, networking, etc). With his guidance and experience, the company also provides consultancy services to Hospitals, Clinics, Day-care Centres and other setups in Healthcare Domain with regard to revamping their I.T. infrastructure to meet the current technology needs or to setup altogether a new I.T. infrastructure to meet the needs of a new Setup.

With a blend of 25 years of experience and young innovative minds, the management team at On-Time has been able to successfully evolve in other various verticals of the technology sector. Through the support of Mr. Himanshu Mehta, Mr. Rahul Shroff and Mrs. Lata Shroff, the company has been able to branch out into 3 new verticals since 2013. With an experience of over 3 years, On-Time now caters to Technology based Security Solutions and different forms of Automation.
